Local pick up is located in Cambridge, ON. Please only select this option if you are available to pick it up.
What are the earring backings made of?
All of our earrings have our best selling plastic, metal free posts or clip on backings. These are great for anyone with sensitivities or allergies to metals.
What styles are offered in clip-on options?
Mostly all of our earring styles are available in a clip-on option. They “hug” up the lobe and do not pinch.
What are the sizes for bracelets?
- 5- 5.25” – baby
- 5.25 – 5.5” – toddler
- 6” – xsmall (age 4-7)
- 6.5” – small (teen-adult)
- 7” – medium (average adult/ladies)
- 7.5” – large
- 8” – xlarge (average mens)

What locations do you offer shipping to?
Items can be shipped anywhere in Canada or USA At this time we do not offer International shipping.
What shipping options do you offer?
We try to fit all of our items in regular lettermail shipping to keep the cost low for our customers. Please note that regular lettermail shipping is UNTRACKED and once it is placed in the mail we do not have any way to track it or know when it will arrive. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend you upgrade to tracked parcel shipping or RUSH processing/Shipping.

- $5 UNTRACKED regular lettermail shipping via Canada Post (up to 3.5 oz)
- $15 TRACKED parcel shipping via Canada Post
- $38 RUSH processing and Express Shipping
- (this option will bump you to 1-2 day business day processing, with 1-2 Express shipping)
- Free tracked shipping on all Canadian orders $125+
USA
- $12 TRACKED shipping via USPS for smaller orders
- $20 TRACKED shipping via USPS for larger orders
What are the general care instructions?
Do not get items wet, in order to maintain product longevity.
Bracelets – roll over your wrist, rather than stretching it.
Magnetic Necklaces – slide the clasp to open, rather than pulling it.
Rings – gently open to adjust the size.
CAUTION: Choking hazard for children under age 3
What is the turnaround time?
Smaller orders = 5-7 business days
Larger orders = 7-10 business days
If you require a RUSH order - please message to ensure this can be done and you will need to choose RUSH processing/shipping option at checkout

Non Slip – metal hair clip covered in a satin ribbon, with a non slip surface

Due to the custom nature of our pieces all items are Final Sale
